The Annual General Meeting of the club will take place on Monday 6 November 2023 at the club starting at 2.30pm.  The poster below has been displayed on the club noticeboard for a couple of weeks now giving more than the statutory 14 days notice of the meeting.  Nominations for club officers and committee members, all elected annually, are now on the club noticeboard and any nominations for positions should be placed on that board duly proposed and seconded by club members.
