We are holding what we call a members Christmassy get-together on the afternoon of Wednesday 20 December.  This is a party by any other name and is for members only.  The cost for the afternon is £5 per member and this includes sherry and mince pies, Chrsitmas cake and tea or coffee together with entertainment.  There will also be some other surprises during the afternoon which should be great fun and a good way to prepare for Christmas.  As the event is likely to prove popular and the numbers are limited to around 40 the list for names will go up on the noticeboard at 10 o’clock at the coffee monring on Thursday 16 November; names cannot be accepted before this time aand the list will close when the total reaches 40.
